EOS REBEL T3 / 1100 d is a digital SLR camera of high performance with a CMOS sensor in fine detail with approx. 12.2 effective megapixels, DIGIC 4, high-precision and high-speed AF 9 points, approx. continuous shooting of 3 fps, live shot and shot in high definition (HD) film. The camera is highly sensitive to fire at any time, offers you many options to fire advanced, and offers many other features. With a digital camera, you can immediately see the image that has captured. While reading this manual, take a few test shots and see how come. Then you can better understand the camera. To avoid accidents and defective images, first read the "safety warnings" (p.259, 260) and "Handling precautions" (p.14, 15). After shooting, playback and check if the images have been recorded correctly. If your camera or memory card is defective and the images can be not recorded or downloaded to a PC, Canon is not responsible for any loss or inconvenience caused.
The camera is not waterproof and cannot be used under water. If you accidentally drop the camera in the water, immediately consult with your nearest Canon Service Center. Wipe the droplets of water with a dry cloth. If the camera has been exposed to salt air, clean with a well wrung damp cloth. Never leave the camera close to objects that have a strong, as a magnet or an electric motor magnetic field. Also avoid using or leaving the camera near anything that emits strong waves of radio as a large antenna. Strong magnetic fields may cause malfunction of the camera or destroy the data on the image. Do not leave the camera in excessive heat, as in a car in direct sunlight. High temperatures can cause the camera to malfunction. The camera contains precision electronic circuits. Never attempt to disassemble the camera yourself. Use a blower to remove dust from the lens, viewfinder, reflex mirror and the focusing screen. Do not use cleaners that contain organic solvents to clean the camera body or lens. For stubborn dirt, take the camera to the nearest Canon Service Center. Do not touch the electrical contacts of the camera with your fingers. This is to avoid contacts to corrode. Corroded contacts can cause malfunction of the camera. If the camera suddenly gets cold in a hot room, it condensation may form in the Chamber and in the internal parts. To avoid condensation, first place it in a sealed plastic bag and let that it fits to the hottest temperature before removing it from the bag.
